Wandering is for the homeless wondering around moving from place to place, Community is a gated and secured area for a village. Community is for all those who live there will work together to keep clean and neat. Corporation is because we want to grow. Phase 1 is build village for the homeless, Phase 2 is transition to low income housing and Phase 3 special dwellings for Vets. Even tho all are welcome in each phase.
